Recommends efficient design approaches. * Follows up with user and systems groups to address problems and complex issues. * Recommends procedural improvements. * Serves as a technical, subject matter resource for testing, systems and business line staff. * Minimum Job Specs: * Bachelors Degree in MIS or accounting or equivalent * Six years of software testing experience * Knowledge of fund accounting principles * Strong management and project leadership skills.
