Project Manager for Starbucks account Job Description: (What will the contractor do on that project?) The PIM (Project Implementation Manager) is the single point of contact on special Starbucks project, representing customer requirements through the planning, implementation and closeout phases for all projects. The candidate must have direct experience in the areas of customer care and project management. The candidate should be familiar with IP routing protocols, Private Line, Frame Relay, ATM, Class of Service and VPN. The candidate must be familiar with MS Office applications. The candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The PIM will be required to work a standard 8 am to 5 pm shift but may be asked to work out of hours as needed. ).
