*Position Title:* Network Services/Support *Location:* PISCATAWAY, NJ *Duration:* 24 months *Phone interview-* Yes *RATE: 40/hr on C2C* Project Description: (What project will the contractor be working on?) Customer Advocate for MIS orders Job Description: (What will the contractor do on that project?) The CA (Customer Advocate) is the single point of contact on all MIS Provisioning projects, representing customer requirements through the planning, implementation and closeout phases for all projects. The candidate must have direct experience in the areas of customer care and project management. The candidate should be familiar with IP routing protocols, Private Line, Frame Relay, ATM, Class of Service and VPN. The candidate must be familiar with MS Office applications. The candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The CA will be required to work a standard 8 am to 5 pm shift but may be asked to work out of hours as needed. ).
