Contact details: Role: Project Manager (JD Edwards) Location: Saint John, Canada Duration: 12 months Start date: ASAP Skills reqd: •Should have 10+ years of experience in working as a Project Manager in JDEdwards ERP •Hands on experience in creating Gantt Charts (Schedule, Resource allocation, Monitoring) using MS Project Plan 2007 •Exposure in working with International clients is preferred •Knowledge in working Instance Consolidation ERP Projects will be an added advantage •Need to be very assertive, command on work with excellent communication and presentation skills. •Onsite – Offshore working experience •Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: •JDE Project Implementation experience •Confidence, Authority and Control over Project Management •Need to work along with Customer Project Managers of each track (there are 5 tracks, HR, Procurement, Finance, and Technical) in preparing the Gantt Chart (Schedule using Microsoft Project Plan). •Validate the individual project tracks, at task level, their linkage and dependencies, follow of Gantt Guidelines as per customer Organizational norms and as per the Process Configuration Framework designed •Need to integrate all the project tracks into one consolidated track and identify the dependencies across the tracks, •Provide thought leadership on Strategy, Risks, Testing, Data Migration, Master Data Management (MDM), User Productivity Kit (UPK) and various other areas •Monitor the progress on Gantt (Schedule), key deliverables, Milestones and update the actual progress. •Mentoring and guidance to customer project managers/team on suggesting corrective and improvement actions in project schedule •Experience with project planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closure activities •Customer interaction and relationship management in the context of project management •Proactive identification of risks and problems and early indication of the same to the key stakeholders •Day-to-Day project monitoring and coordination with customer, team and other stakeholders •Daily Issue tracking and resolution •Project interdependencies identification and monitoring and corrective actions Your quick response will be highly appreciated Thanks Chandra Shekar Marketing Incharge Smart IMS Inc. 103, Morgan Lane, Suite # 104, Plainsboro New Jersey- 08536.
