Mandatory to have an Oracle HRMS R12 implementation experience. Consultant must have strong background on analyzing and recommending interface and conversions strategy for Core HRMS. It is preferred that the consultant has Oracle HRMS/ OAB/ OTL integration background with Seredian. The resource should be able to join immediately.
