HI Position *: .NET **( Financial Experience must)* Duration : 12+ months Location : *NY* Job Description: Domain Expertise: Financial vertical know-how preferably investment banking background. Must have worked with financial clients recently (2 projects) on long term (6 months+) assignments. .Net Expertise: Expert developing Middle Tier applications using .NET. Strong background in Designing and implementing Business logic using Web services Remoting / Multithreading AND (OR) WinForms development in .Net Very strong in object oriented design, design patterns Hands-on Database Development experience SQL Server Very Strong in writing Queries, Stored Procedures and Query Optimization. Good experience with C#, VB.Net. SQL Server 2005/2008/2000 with SSIS development Exposure to either DTS or SSIS development Position : *SSIS / ETL ( Financial Experience must)* Duration : *6+ months* Location : NY ** *Expert with SSIS skills needed:* Details: * Candidate should be fully proficient in writing scalable, high volume ETL jobs using SQL Server Integration Services for large volume data warehouses. * Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services is essential. Exposure to web programming, ASP.NET and Microsoft Office SharePoint products will be an advantage. * Need to have financial background and understand different products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives etc. Position : *BI/SSRS Developer **( Financial Experience must)* Duration : *6+ months* Location : NY Responsibilities: * At least 5+ years of experience in software development, database design and specifically SSAS/SSRS * Strong SSIS and data loading experience is good to have. * Develop Reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). * Configure and maintain Report Manager and Report Server for SSRS. * Create complex reports (ex: drill down reports) using cursors and multi-dimensional objects. * Develop complex SQL queries (ex: using various joins and sub-queries) and stored procedures. * Be able to use complex expressions to calculate, group, filter, parameterize, and format the contents of a report. *Must be willing to do support role * Must Have: OLAP cubes and MDX Queries experience *Required Skills: *SSRS, OLAP, MDX Queries, *Financial Services* Exp *Desired Skills: * * Report development using any other reporting tools like Crystal Reports will be a plus. * Excellent Communication Skills Required *Minimum Education Required: *BS/MS in Computer Science from a reputed university We strongly adhere to strict non-discriminatory employment practices.
