Mandatory Skill/Expertise 1. The equivalent of four (4) or more years of full time experience with Oracle's version of SQL (Structured Query Language) and PL/SQL (Procedural Language/SQL), Plus, and SQL Worksheet. 2. The equivalent of three (3) or more years of full-time experience in a project involving databases of health care claims and/or health care eligibility data and/or other highly confidential data in a government agency or a company involved in the administration, implementation or operation of a health care program, such as Medicaid, Medicare or a third party health insurance company. 3. The equivalent of two (2) or more years full time experience with Oracle's databases in the multi-terabyte range. (These two years can be used as part of the 4 year requirement listed in the first bullet above). Desirable Skill/Expertise 1. Experience with multi-terabyte Oracle databases and the special challenges they pose. 2. Experience with client-specific confidential data, especially experience in an environment in which HIPAA requirements must be met. 3. Experience with medical claims, especially Medicaid claims. 4.
