This staffing request is for the SM Tools Architect. Tasks for the service management architect will be to assist the customer in producing: A service management conceptual architecture A service management logical design A physical architecture, as needed by engineering (high level and detailed) Looking for a tools architect with practical, hands-on service management tools experience. Environment is Tivoli ITSM (Maximo) for Service Management and HP Openview for event monitoring and management.
