We are seeking a Business Continuity & Resiliency Consultant for customer support. * ** *Project Details: Work with an client team made up of a NetBackup SME and an client IT Architect to develop a backup and recovery strategy providing the detailed design informing required to have NetBackup (Bare Metal Restore) work in the clients environment for production backup and disaster recovery.* ** *The in scope applications are Oracle which is where this individual needs to have skills to ensure data is synchronized for backup restores and disaster recovery. This individual needs to have Oracle DB skills to ensure the final design for production backup and disaster meets the clients needs and is properly documented in the final design which includes process, procedures and technical design. Four (4) weeks starting ASAP for a total of 144 hours over four (4) weeks.* ** *Work logistics: Several trips to White Plains NY will be required over the four (4) week period to work directly with the customer in a face-to-face environment. The specific dates of the face-to-face meetings have not yet been determined. If travel to the client location in White Plains NY is required, all travel expenses will be covered by the client.* ** *Outside of the face-to-face client meeting the DB Oracle person will be able to work remotely at a location of their choice on the detailed design work but must have access to phones for conference calls, e-mail access for sharing of files and general communications.
