C# Development Expert. Experience gathering and/or analyzing requirements. RDBMS experience(SQL and/or DB2). Experience developing and/or updating a GUI. This effort consists of making changes and enhancements to an existing IT Security application. The best candidate will be one that is capable of learning the current design of the application quickly and analyze the effort required to make the identified changes to the existing application. The changes have already been identified at a high level, so the resource will need to be able to drill into the high level design and code / database environment to accomplish the desired GUI enhancements / changes.
