Minimum of 4 years experience as described in the OGS Labor Category Descriptions’ Job Classification/Title for Project Manager II and Programmer/Analyst II and Specialist II. Experience must include an active participation in the development of large applications. Experience must include User interface design and implementation. Experience must include server side development (Java Beans). DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Good English verbal and writing skills, communication skills, analytical skills, collaboration skills and should be a team player. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to communicate clearly with users, using “plain language”, to describe technical aspects of project, including status reports and next steps.
