Experience with building keyword driven automation frameworks (not
record playback)
3-5 years of programming experience, proficient in the use of VB
scripting
Familiarity with data bases, Oracle preferred
Understanding of XML
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Ability to explain
technical concepts to non-technical staff o High level understanding of
Property Casualty Insurance - Commercial
Lines
o 5-10 years experience in working with major test automation tools, i.e.
HP Mercury Suite, Compuware , etc
o 5 plus years of experience building test automation frameworks o Ability
to decompose applications and estimate automation time and
resource requirements
o Tool certifications, a plus
