Start Date: 9/15/2008 Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 3 months+ Rate: $30/hour (MAX) Responsibilities include: - managing QA timelines for multiple projects - troubleshoot / resolving testing issues - acting as a resource for QA test engineers - completing data analysis for test cases. * * * * Skills Required: * * -Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years related experience including familiarity with testing automation tools. * * -proficient in web services (XML/WSDL/SOAP), * * -experience in test execution, experience in creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, * * -must be excellent communicator (both verbal and written), strong independent worker and team player. * * -Preferred application knowledge - Mercury Quality Center, ClearQuest, SoapScope, Integra * * * * Position Description: * * Uses advanced knowledge in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts. * * Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. * * May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. * * Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. * * Uses knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex test problems.
