Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 2 months+ Rate : market Responsibilities: * Create and manage content tracking spreadsheets in Excel for a multi-functional website content project * Drive content timelines within product marketing organization, send out reminders, and work with web team to ensure content is delivered according to scheduled timing * Track content delivery and communicate status * Provide regular updates and escalations as needed to management regarding content status * Work cross-functionally with product marketing, marketing communications, and web marketing teams * Review content templates to ensure they are properly filled out and complete * Work with Solutions Product Marketing Manager and Product Marketing content experts to ensure all content goes through review process and editing for consistency * Create and manage content spreadsheets for an internal sales database Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * 2-3 years of solid content project management experience within a large organization * Exceptional organizational skill * Perfectionist with critical attention to detail * Keeps multiple balls rolling in tandem and can easily multi-task * Works well in a very fast paced environment * Has experience working in large organizations * Ability to think several steps ahead and anticipate how changes today impact project down the road and what modifications need to occur to ensure on-time delivery * Strong Proficiency with Microsoft 2007: Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint * BA in marketing, English, communications or related field Personality Traits: * Results oriented and driven * Can-do/will do attitude desired * Takes initiative * Adaptable to change * Ability to dive right into the midst of a project already in full swing * Flexible, self-starter and team player * Strong work ethic -- Thanks, Arpan.
