development, AJAX* *
HTML – *skilled – 3 yrs *
SQL (basic experience and query writing) – *Adequate – 1.5 yrs*
MOSS (SharePoint 2007) custom development experience (Web parts, Site
definition, Features, Work Flow) --- *Highly Skilled – 1 year minimum*
SharePoint Designer – *Skilled – 1 year*
Configuration & Administration –* Adequate – 1 yr*
SharePoint 2003 experience is an *advantage*.
Analytical and Development skills-- *Highly Skilled* – look for processes
they follow, how requirements are converted to actions, etc
Additional skills – *advantage* – look for different roles he has played in
previous organizations like module lead, client communication, requirements
gathering etc.
