Title: Sr Java Front End Dev Location: Dallas, TX(only Telephonic) Duration: 12 Months Skills: Need solid Java Front end guy, with good school and also preferably worked in a product environment. *XML, XSML, AJAX, DHTML, JSP, Applets*** Description: 1. Excellent Expertise development skills in front-end technologies including DHTML, Java Script, HTML, AJAX, JSP, Servlets, DTO,DAO,PL/SQL, basic Unix skills 2. Good experience in UI/UE Development 3. Stakeholder/ Client Management – Handle all current and future iGO and AIMS clients to their satisfaction, from all lines of business. 4. Architecture/ Release – Be responsible for all existing in-house and off the shelf hardware and software infrastructure. And support growth of up to 50,000 hours plus of enhancements per year, or as per needs. 5. Product – Enhance product features by 10% each year, or as per needs. 6. Be responsible for E2E delivery of ur components from requirement to post production support. 7. Working Hours – Have minimum of 2 hours overlap with onshore team till 11am CST, however the resource may be needed outside this window, as per business needs 8.Good Communicational and written skills9. Should be a very quick learner. Skill set requirement: 1) Atleast 4 years of experience in DHTML, JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, JSP, Servlets, DTO,DAO,PL/SQL, basic Unix skills, weblogic server 2) At least 2 years of experience in delivery of parallel release of high pressure and visibility 3) At least 3 years of experience in design, building visually appealing UI Components. 4) At least 3 years of experience to design Application Usability based on Requirements 5) At least 3 years of strong experience in offshore-onshore model of delivery 6) At least 5 plus years of total work experience in IT/ Software Development 7) BS/ MS in Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Degree 8) Very Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills 9) Very Good Written & Verbal Communication skills and strong presentation skills 10) At least one reference each from; IT, Clients and Direct Team members 11) Good to have AJAX, Flash, Appletii.
