Generates sound solutions for complex business problems; anticipates obstacles and establishes next steps. • Bachelor of Science degree or Equivalent and 6+ years of experience *Required Capabilities: * • Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle. • Experience implementing testing processes/methodology in large, complex organizations. • Ability to work directly with both technical teams and business clients. • Ability to lead a test team and provide strategic direction for QA efforts. • Proven analytical and problem solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail oriented while progress driven. • Able to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks. *Required Technical Skill-set: * *• Experience with Database testing, Test Automation, Functional and Performance testing, and Automated Web Application Testing. * *• Able to interpret requirement documents and able to update test parameters and documents accordingly. * *• Experience with Web Application testing with WatiN or WatiR. * *• Understands how the IT group operates and how his/her role meets customer needs and creates value. * *• Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation. * *• Ability to develop and track metrics for testing process and results. * *• Understanding of Relational Databases and SQL. * *Preferred Skill-set: * • Experience with Agile Development teams and Scrum. • Experience creating Automated scripts for web testing, and dealing with Continuous Integration Testing. -- Thanks & Regards, P.
