SAP Organization Readiness / Training- Lead - Primary Skills- SAP Organization Readiness / Training– Lead No. of positions open - 1 Location – West Coast Duration – Long Term Turn Around Time – ASAP Start Date – October 1st week Customer Industry - Unassigned Rates – Open *Required Skills*: - - Organization Readiness Lead with a proven track record in technology based solutions for international corporation. - Main focus is to work with project team and client business units implementing SAP to align and address the people and process related implications that impacts the organization, like role changes, training, communication, etc. - Member of the SAP Project Management Team responsible for coordinating organizational impact review and action planning with receiving Business Unit(s) - Work with the business unit to prepare the organization for the upcoming people related changes (i.e. job role changes, etc.). Advise the organization of future skill requirements, assess current skills, identify gaps, develop plans to address gaps (i.e. training, reassigning, new hires, etc.). - Develop and assist Business Units in delivering communications - Training and Education Development, including delivery and logistics for receiving Business Units SAP Grants – open + expenses (you need to quote the rates for your consultant) Primary Skills- SAP GRANTS MANAGEMENT LEAD No. of positions open - 1 Location – East Coast Duration – Long Term Turn Around Time – ASAP Start Date – October 1st week Customer Industry - Unassigned Rates – Open + Expenses *Required Skills*: - - Need a solid Lead Public Sector consultant with Grants Management (GM) and Funds Management (FM) to be a key member of the SAP Support Outsourcing Project. - Public Sector, especially State government is not mandatory, but would really help deliver this project. - Expert knowledge of SAP Grants and Funds Management modules. - Upgrade and support experience helpful required.
