Responsible for z/OS Storage Management in a 24X7 environment
including, SMS and related components, HSM, ICF Catalogs, including Backup and
Recovery, DASD Performance, Access Methods including
" VSAM, Disaster Recovery, Global Mirror, GDPS, Tape Mount Management,
OAM and ISMF.
" Manage day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting under z/OS
architecture using SMS, DFHSM, DFDSS, IDCAMS, T-Rex, ICKDSF, ISMF.
" Share on-call responsibilities with other members of the Storage Team
" In-depth knowledge in mainframe storage administration that includes
experience SMS, PPRC, GDPS, Global Mirror, DFHSM, CA1, REXX, SAS,
" Experience in z/OS ICF catalog management using T-Rex, ICFRU, IDCAMS,
or other catalog management tools.
