Location: NYC Duration: 6 months Rate: Market *Required Qualifications:* · 5+ years using accepted project management methodologies and tools including specific tools and techniques for scope, risk, and quality management as well as for project tracking and reporting. · 5+ years of hands-on, in-depth knowledge of HR, Benefits, Pension, Payroll, and Labor Relations business processes required (knowledge of Civil service and government HR a plus). · 5+ years experience working on an enterprise wide project in a large scale environment. · 5+ years hands-on, in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft methodology and PeopleSoft HRMS functionality especially New Hire and Benefits Administration functionality. · Understanding of PeopleSoft underlying technology including People Code, People Tools, People Database, People Security, Application Engine, Component Interface etc. (hands-on, in-depth knowledge required). · Experience in a mainframe environment utilizing the following: TSO, ISPF, COBOL, C, DB2 and / or IMS is a plus. · Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict management. Strong oral and written communications including high-end presentation skills.
