Must be able to detail the steps used to develop flow services, when/why to use it, how to deploy it, etc. This is the core of the job so this is the most essential experience to have. - Exp with *webMethods Broker* - Exp with *Trading Networks – must have* - Exp with "Optimize for Infrastructure" tool (also called BAM) is hard to find, but would make them a slam dunk fit 3) Strong *experience using adapters to connect with back end (JDBC, etc)* 4) Strong *SQL knowledge, including stored procedures, joins (inner/outer, etc), table indexes,* etc 5) Strong *XML *experience for document exchange. They have very large document sizes (not just a little Purchase Order) and also process a high volume of XML transactions (1.5 million per day) 6) *UNIX *(Sun Solaris preferred) experience from a user perspective – *shell scripts, cron job set ups*, etc. *Job Responsibilities:* 50% of their time will be using Java, J2EE 50% of their time will be using webMethods *Strong communication skills.
