Create tools (scripts, etc.) to support the QA team in investigating defects. *Detailed Description of needed deliverable:* A process to be followed by the development and QA group for migrating and tracking changes in lifecycles below the production environment. Documentation that identifies software versions in each lower lifecycle. Environments ready for QA testing that meets each QA project timeline.
