Role: SAP HR compensation Consultant
Location: Moline, Illinois
Duration: 06 + Months
Start Date: ASAP
Skills:
Implementation globally of the SAP-HR compensation module including merit
pay planning; short term incentive eligibility, calculations and delivery;
and mid term incentive eligibility; and Restricted Stock Units History.
Responsibilities include:
- Requirements Management for the project across global teams.
- Delivery of detailed use case requirements that include role and
process definition.
- Transition of Use Case requirements to Design Phase of project by
performing
Use case analysis to map requirements to an SAP solution (i.e. IMG
configuration, custom ABAP, standard SAP functionality, etc)
- Leading Requirements reviews across global teams
Qualifications:
- Proficient in SAP's Human Capital Management Enterprise Compensation
configuration for a global enterprise including budgeting, merit planning,
bonus planning, and off-cycle planning.
- Experienced in the utilization of ECM portal for the Comp Adminstrator
and the Compensation Planner.
- Adept at preparing and executing an effective requirements gathering
plan.
- Skilled in requirements management for global applications including:
- Managing requirements gathering
- Requirements gathering
- Software requirements definition
- Defining detailed Requirements in Use cases
- Managing Changing Requirements
- Business process modeling
- Documentation of requirements
- Effective communication skills including: listening, fostering open
communication, speaking, facilitating discussion.
- Skilled at taking the lead in recommending and explaining SAP ECM
functionality to meet business requirements
- Skilled in situation/problem analysis to successful recommendations
