Serves as in-house resource for ISP/VPN/WAN connectivity; - Diagnose and correct data communications failures (Primarily in a field environment at clients, Hubs and wire center concentration sites); - Tracking and cataloging circuit numbers, modems, CSU/DSU?s, and terminating equipment; Serve as interface to vendor service personnel, client and network control center; - maintain awareness of network concepts within the current environment and new data communications techniques.
