      A review of server usage indicates that the data being transferred
via your web site is far in excess of the monthly allowance included in the
price of your service package.  Those allowances, set forth in Section III.
(7) of the Access Services Agreement, are  250MB's per month for personal
accounts; 500MB's per month for commercial accounts; and, 1,000MB's per
month for virtual web accounts.  Data transfer in excess of this allowance
is billed at $50 per 1,000MB's.  See: http://www.voicenet.com/access.html

        Your current daily usage is approximately 27.48 MB's which projects to a
monthly data transfer total of more than 824 MB's.  At that rate, the
monthly surcharge will be $28.72 or more.

        So that we are sure that there is no misunderstanding concerning these
fees, we request that you respond to this email within three (3) days by
stating in your response that:
"I understand that at my current web server data transfer rate and/or space
utilization, a significant surcharge will be billed to me each month.  I
agree to pay that $50/1000MB surcharge for excess data transfer."

        If we do not receive your email reply within this three (3) period of
time, we will take your site offline until this matter is resolved so as to
insure that you are not billed for services that you do not desire.
