I have upgraded my Slackware to 3.5, and everything works well,
    except jdk.

There's a problem with ld-1.9.9 discussed briefly at
http://www.blackdown.org/java-linux/docs/faq/FAQ-java-linux-5.html#ss5.6.
This might be your problem, given that you're on Slackware 3.5. Rene
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> tells us ld.so-1.9.9 is what comes with
Slackware 3.5 by default.

So you'll probably have to install an older ld.so. I don't know what
this does to the rest of your system, but Rene said, ". . .I
downgraded to ld.so-1.9.8 and now everything works just fine" on
6/25/1998.

If anyone add detail or find a way to solve the problem that would be
helpful. I really hope Rene decides to setup a Slackware Blackdown JDK
HOWTO ;)
