It's a JDK misbehavior (actually a Sun bug), most window managers
silently ignore it but with KDE windows simply disappear.
We have a partial fix for this in 1.1.6v3/4a and a (hopefully) complete
fix in the forthcoming 1.1.6v5.

AFAIK KDE from cvs now acts like most other window managers, i.e.
the windows don't disappear anymore.
