Unidentified subject!

Ok.
About Freebuilder.
I did download and tried simple application
like Hello world .

In output i got : I/O error etc.

In code freebuilder i find that its build command line like :
java.exe -classpath $SOMETHING .....

java.exe is hardcoded !!!

How it can be java.exe in linux ?? (or i have to do link java.exe -> java)???
