Hi, I've just released the seventh public release of the JIT compiler add on to Linux-x86-port of JDK1.1.6 to tya home site: ftp://gonzalez.cyberus.ca/pub/Linux/java/tya07.tgz and mirrored to: ftp://ftp.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/incoming/tya07.tgz ftp://ftp.java-linux.org/pub/incoming/tya07.tgz (Maybe the ftp admins at both mirror sites will move the tya file to somewhere else.) TYA 0.7 once again has increased speed (mostly in invocation, so stuff like "Iview" or "Hanoi" etc. will run 10-20 % faster.) I have decreased compiled code size similar (up to 20%).
