The problem may be that a "feature" of Netscape is that reloading a page in
Netscape does _not_ reload any associated applets.
I think if you want to force it to reload applets you need to do something
like hold down the control key (or something like that) while clicking on
reload, or alternately, shut down Netscape and restart it.
