I haven't heard of any.  

It'd probably be a fresh implementation rather than a port,
given the nature of JMF.  There have been other implementations-
check out Whipped Butter for MacOS - so it's not impossible.

Hardest part is, Linux lacks much codec support.  
You might be able to leverage xanim's codebase, though.
