JavaDocs?

I am looking for a GPL'ed javadoc replacement. Kaffe
uses pizzadoc, the Magician documentation refers
to some polardoc. Ideally I would like a tool that
handles C++ and ANSI C headers, too. I used doc++
for a while. Any other recommendations?
