116v2-glibc problems

After trying out the 116v2-glibc there seems to be two issues:

- you can't load a native library if it is outside of
  $JDK_HOME/lib/i586/green_threads,

- loading a native library with the jni interface gives a segfault
  (worked with 115v7-glibc)

System: Debian-2.0 (unstable 'slink' ditro)
