What a piece of trash! The author didn't even have the courage to have his /
her name listed! Notice how the only quotes are from M$ people? Kind of
interesting. And how timely, just before JDK 1.2 is released. But, OF COURSE
that is coincidence, right? I mean, we all know that M$ would NEVER try to
stage any kind of media events by influencing trade rags to publish
pro-M$/anti-non-M$ articles at critical times, don't we?
We're already seeing a trickle of junk articles by Fred Moody slamming Linux;
does anyone want to bet what we'll see as soon as the DOJ trial is over and M$
no longer needs to stimulate (or simulate?) the appearance of competitors?
Doesn't cnet have some serious M$ backing? I guess I'm not too surprised that
this kind of junk is emitted from the M$ "wehrmacht", but I *am* surprised that
a non M$-NBC network (ABC) would be airing equivalent garbage through a
so-called "expert" (yes, he's an expert alright -- given his background, if he
(this is Fred "Bozo" Moody I'm talking about, just to be clear) were talking
about Iraq, he'd say that it was a country that bordered on China, with a large
Jewish population, and was building chips for dumping into the world markets to
hurt Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. A *real* expert, yeah.). Does anyone know how
to let Bozo's management team know about his level of contribution to the
world, and what a favorable impression he's leaving of ABC on people?

There. I feel better.
