You can either specify a port for the registry to listen on when
you access it with your URL or use the default port when you
start up your registry.  I don't believe there's anything special
to do regarding registering a registry.  You just create it and
it runs on the machine listens on the port you specify on the
machine it runs on.  The only think that uniquely identifies a
registry is its hostname and port.

I believe this should be correct.
