"JDK 1.2" and "Java 2" are synonyms.  Notice the missing decimal point
in the latter (atleast for now).  I believe the release is _not_ JDK 2
or JDK 2.0 or Java 2.0.  Please don't flame me about the confusion, me
just an engineer -- it was a marketing thang.
