jdb? (1.1.6v2 RH5.1)

  Anyone had luck with getting the java debugger to work?  This is what I 
get:

     ]# jdb
     Initializing jdb...

and then after about five minutes:

     Failed accessing debugging session on localhost: invalid password.


System: RH 5.1, kernel 2.0.34, glibc 2.0.7-13
Java: sbb 1.1.6-2.1.2glibc
