I'm not sure but this message means $JAVA_HOME/bin isn't into PATH.
PATH=$PATH:$JAVA_HOME/bin
CLASSPATH=$JAVA_HOME/lib/classes.zip
where $JAVA_HOME is the absolute path to the jdk directory
