Hi, I recently downloaded the JDK 1.1.6 v 2 ( running Hurricane). Have not got it working - ends in a core dump for simple things like giving the jre command. Have set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH for the shared libraries as well in the etc/ld.so.conf file. Also set the CLASSPATH to the classes.zip. However, Netscape is able to run it's Java applets in the browser. Looking for ideas : ). Thanks.
