G'day, I noticed you mentioned you were interested in getting volunteers for Java 3d, I'd be happy to help, I have a fairly extensive background in graphics (does anyone else out there remember Iris GL?) and a running Java 3d on Linux would be *very* useful to me. Actually I'm pretty keen to see all the media API's running, although I don't know how much help I'd be with some of the stuff required for sound, I wouldn't regard myself as a kernel hacker these days. I actually volunteered for the general porting effort late last year, but by the time I'd organised everything, my work situation got kind of "confusing"... I now have a reasonably comfortable rock to live under (at least for the next twelve months), so I figure it's about time I followed through. Regards, David. PS. In case there's any doubt about whether I'm just trolling for source code, I started in graphics 11 years ago, I can probably give you as much code as you could possibly want... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
