HotJava needs to be ported to JDK 1.2 since the security manager
setup has changed dramatically.
You may be able to run HotJava somewhat under JDK 1.2 using "oldjava"
which runs the old security manager setup. However, this may not
work with new Java 1.2 applets that depend on the new fine-grain
security manager.
