I've noticed that some processes initiated with Runtime.exec() on NT never
terminate, ie, process.waitFor() never returns.  Of course, it worked
flawlessly on Linux.  (Thanks porting team!  You rock!)

Hahahaha.... that's a good one.  One of the apps I'm working on crashes
with Dr.Watsons within 20 minutes.
