It's a Java front end to egcs.

JFC1.1 is swing, 100% pure Java and all. JFC1.2 (or is it JFC2?) include
java2d, drag and drop etc.
BTW, some even claim AWT in Java 1.0 and 1.1 is JFC 1.0 !!
