You need to make a link using ln -s to satisfy the stdc++ library.
It should look something like this:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 18 Mar 12 20:49
/usr/local/lib/libstdc++-libc6.0-1.so.2 -> libstdc++.so.2.9.0
Then rerun /sbin/ldconfig and try again. Should work just fine.
