Hi, The first release of an unofficial implementation of java3D API is now available at http://spia.freenix.fr/jfd This implementation requires a jdk 1.1.x, gnu make and a C compiler. At this stage, examples of Sun package work correctly (Appearance, Shape3D, ...).
