I'm having lots of problems with native threads in v3 - some AWT/Swing apps don't start correctly, others work unreliably (menus that sometimes dont respond to clicks, windows that come up blank, etc). This is happening on both a KDE and a WindowMaker system so it doesn't appear to be a window manager related problem (and green threads seems to work ok) JDK 1.1.7v2 works fine!
