If you're using RedHat 6.0, "rpm -e kaffe" as root should uninstall it.
Check to see if it's there by "rpm -q kaffe" which queries. If it's still
there, use the full package named in the "rpm -e" command. This might be
a good thing to put in the README for the JDK distribution since it's
something hard for a java or unix beginner to track down quickly.
