Put these directories in /etc/ld.so.conf:
/usr/local/jdk1.2/jre/lib/i386/green_threads
/usr/local/jdk1.2/jre/lib/i386/native_threads
/usr/local/jdk1.2/jre/lib/i386/
Run ldconfig
