LiveSoftware's JRun can be used freely for noncommercial purposes (and
will be included in the next version of Red Hat I believe). The "pro"
version costs, but is very good and lacking the limits of plain JRun (no
functionality limits, but limits on number of concurrent connections
etc.)

There's also the GNU JServ and GNUJSP, but I don't have experience with
them.

WebLogic BEA do a class4 JDBC driver for MSSQLServer and also for one of
the others, I can't remember, but probably Sybase or Informix. It's very
good, but be warned, it's *very* expensive. Oracle should come with its
own JDBC.
