Hi,

The easiest (maybe not the best) way to solve this problem is to move the 
/lib/libpthread-0.7.so to
/usr/local/lib.  You also need to set $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/i386/libsunwjit.so right 
permission for
users.  Check
